First up: our relationship is everything. I talk about it a lot because it’s the clearest way to know if our sessions are actually helping. I’ll check in at the start and keep checking in as we go not because something is wrong, but because how you feel with me matters.

It’s also pretty normal to hear laughter from my room. Healing isn’t all heavy — sometimes the most honest moments come with a laugh. For me, it shows me there is connection and peace.

If you are catching me online, you will get to see my space from behind me. If you are in person, you will get to experience my space designed with you in mind. If I can’t bring the Canadian forest to you, I can bring the feeling of the forest.

I am a big believer that when we feel good in someones presence and environment it can shift everything.

Please know, I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. What I can offer is a calm, outside perspective — one that isn’t emotionally wrapped up in your situation. I have been told I am an incredible listener and I am curious but the truth remains, you know your life better than anyone; I’m here to help you see it more clearly.

As of January 2026- I’m currently accepting new clients and I can fit you in within one to two weeks.

I offer online or in-person sessions at my downtown Caloundra office at 4/61 Bulcock street Caloundra, Qld Australia. I hold a current wait list for 2026 walk and talk sessions if you are located in Maleny or Caloundra.
