As of June 16th, 2025- I’m currently accepting new clients in Australia, with no waitlist for in-person sessions in Caloundra Qld Australia. Please check the questions sections to ensure I would be the right fit for you.
If you’re in Canada, you’re welcome to create a client profile—and add yourself to the waitlist. My lovely assistant Jylian will be in touch usually within 48 business hours.

Go to ‘Client Login' tab
Choose Your Location Australia or Canada to set up your secure account.

You’ll receive a welcome email with forms to complete. Please take your time with this and allow yourself space to fill out these forms.

Your booking calendar will be sent after your forms are have ben submitted and processed.
This currently takes around 2 business days. If there is missing information or clarification needed, my assistant Jylian may reach out to you.
If all looks good, you will be sent the booking calendar. You can then choose an appointment time.

If you have questions Jylian’s your go-to.
She’s been beside me for years and is usually the first person people connect with when they reach out. If you’re unsure how it all works, can’t find a time that suits, or need help with the Jane App or billing—Jylian’s the one who makes things feel a little less overwhelming right from the start.
She adds notes to your file so I know what’s going on, and keeps things moving behind the scenes so I can focus on showing up well for you.
Clients often tell me how safe and supported they feel—even just through that first email with her. I’m not surprised.
She’s a big reason things run the way they do—and yes, she is very high on my gratitude list.
