I’m Tammy Roche, and this is Between Two Pines—a space for counselling, mentorship, and education. I run my practice in both Canada and Australia.

The name Between Two Pines is a reminder of the space between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming. It reminds me, there’s always room, even in the in-between for kindness for self.

My work began when I first wanted something more for myself. Better relationships, better communication, and a way of showing up that felt honest. I found all that (and plenty more) by doing the work—even when it was uncomfortable.
