Unprofessional to be Human

Join me, Tammy Roche, for another Episode of Social Worker in Private Practice.

I chat all things private practice: the biz and a bit of life.

In episode 68, I’m excited to be back behind the mic and kicking off this new season with an episode that explores something real and deeply relatable: Unprofessional to Be Human. In our field, there can be a lot of pressure to present as polished, composed, and always “professional.” But what happens when we show up as our full selves - messy moments, human feelings, and all? In this episode, I explore the idea that being human somehow makes us less professional and why that belief is not only unrealistic but harmful. If you've ever questioned whether you're doing it "right" because you feel too much or need space to just be a person, this one's for you.
